How many schools or classrooms are places like this:

If you are a regular follower of the edutechosphere you probably are a fan of certain teachers, dreaming of having your own kids in their classes, or of certain schools, wishing you could work there.

Would you like people to see your school or your classroom as having no substitute? What would that mean for the things that could be accomplished there? For the support of parents and administrators? For the satisfaction and the motivation of your students?
